1. Who we are

YourWeddingAI ("we", "us") operates yourweddingai.com, an AI photo-generation service that turns uploaded photos into styled wedding portraits. Operator: YourWeddingAI (sole proprietor, Republic of Korea — business registration pending). Contact: eun98bi@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Email address, used only to sign you in (passwordless magic link) and contact you about your account.
• Photos you upload (groom/bride/couple), and optional height fields, used solely to generate your styled photos.
• Payment records (purchase amount, coin package, order ID) from our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

Uploaded photos are sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate your requested styled images. We do not use your photos to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Your email is used for login and account/coin-balance management. Payment data is used to credit coins to your account and handle support requests.

4. Photo retention & deletion

Uploaded photos and the images generated from them are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We do not keep a separate backup of your photos beyond this window.

5. Who we share data with

• Supabase — database, file storage, and login (data hosting/processing).
• Google Gemini API — processes uploaded photos to generate styled images.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as our merchant of record; they handle your card details and any applicable sales tax/VAT.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or export your coin purchase history, by emailing eun98bi@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK, this includes rights under the GDPR; if you are in California, this includes rights under the CCPA.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults (18+) planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
