1. Acceptance

By using YourWeddingAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

YourWeddingAI lets you upload photos and generates AI-styled wedding portrait concepts from them using third-party AI models. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly resemble the people in your photos.

3. Eligibility & your content

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must own the photos you upload, or have the consent of everyone shown in them, to have those photos processed by our Service.
• Do not upload photos of anyone who has not consented, photos of minors (other than yourself if you are a minor — not permitted), or illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content.

4. Accounts

We use passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that is how you sign in.

5. Coins & payments

• Coins are a virtual credit used to pay for HD photo downloads. Current pricing is shown on the Buy Coins page.
• New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of coins.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.

6. Your content & our license

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photos solely to generate your requested images and operate the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

7. AI output disclaimer

Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and provided "as is". We do not guarantee a particular likeness, quality, or outcome, and results may occasionally contain visual errors or artifacts typical of AI-generated imagery.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific styles or AI models) at any time. We'll try to give notice for major changes affecting paid features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YourWeddingAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including uploading non-consensual or illegal content.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
