Failed generations are never charged
Coins are only deducted once an HD photo has been successfully generated and you choose to download it. If a generation fails for any technical reason, no coins are charged in the first place — there is nothing to refund.
Coin purchases
Coin packages are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once coins have been added to your account, except as described below or where required by law.
When we will refund you
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- Coins were deducted for a download but the file you received was corrupted or unusable, and we can't fix it.
- Any other case required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
How to request a refund
Email eun98bi@gmail.com with your order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and may take a few business days to appear.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're generally able to resolve issues faster directly, and unresolved chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
